Meiyang Cui

former member

Meiyang was born in Shenyang, China. She graduated from Tianjin University with a degree in Material Science and Engineering in 2014. She further stuided at the University of Pennsylvania in the same year, focusing on Nanotechnology. From 2016 to 2017, she joined the Okubo-Wakihara group at Tokyo University studying zeolites. In 2017, she joined prof. Zhang’s group as a PhD student. Currently her research focuses on controlled synthesis of nanomaterial catalysts for oxygen reduction, CO2 reduction, water splitting, and natural gas utilization. She enjoys cooking and baking in spare time.
